I encourage you to join me in this playful exercise RIGHT NOW where I will show you what I mean (don’t skip-this is an extremely powerful short exercise): I would like for you to extend both of your hands out in front of you. First, clench your left fist. Next, open up your right fist fully.
Now, imagine a HUGE ball of golden light radiating as bright as the sun in your right hand.
Next, put all of your attention on your clenched left fist. Really feel how constricted, tight, painful and intense this clenched fist is. Allow yourself to really feel the essence of this clenched fist.
Now, slowly bring your clenched left fist and your expanded right fist together. Naturally allow your clenched left fist to open as it clasps your right hand. Feel how this feels.
PLEASE DO THIS PART AND THEN COME BACK AND READ ON...
Now that your hands are clasped together, let me share with you what just happened:
Your clenched fist represents you as your constricted, limited, finite self —Who You Are Not.
<]-->Your open, golden ball of light fist represents you as your Expanded, Infinite, Large Self—Who You Really Are.
Your clenched fist symbolizes all of the limitations, obstacles, restrictions, challenges, judgments, consequences and skewed truths that were intentionally created by your Expanded Self to limit it so that it could experience itself as its constricted self.
Your open fist symbolizes all of the magnificence of Who You Really Are in its purest state of existence.
Up to this point, you as your Expanded Self, intended for you as your constricted, small self to experience life with all of these obstacles and limitations in order for it to play the game of life in that costume.
Today you find yourself at this program because your Expanded Self is ready to show you HOW TO REMOVE all of these limitations, judgments, obstacles and challenges that no longer serve your Highest Good SO THAT YOU CAN play a new game of life.
