Next I would like to share an idea with you about anchoring
in the feeling of Divine Love.
First, find a small tangible object that you can carry
around with you at all times (in pocket, purse, etc).
Next, tonight (or tomorrow) sit in a quiet sacred place for
at least 10 minutes. If you have a guided meditation tape
or meditative music, you can play it at this time. **If you
do not, I suggest that you buy yourself at least one CD
that you can play that creates a deeply peaceful and
soothing feeling within (www.soundstrue.com)
As you sit in this sacred space, you will want to hold this
new object that you have termed your "sacred tool for
evolution."
While you get into a deeply peaceful state you will want to
hold this object. While you do, state your intention to be
that this is your anchor. You will be anchoring in this
peaceful state while touching your object.
Next you will state to your subconscious mind that you are
anchoring in this euphoric feeling of pure Divine Love and
that the next time there is a subconscious trigger lit up,
you will have the appropriate tools "in hand" for your
subconscious mind to draw from. In plain terms--your
subconscious mind gets triggered daily by many things. By
holding this anchor in your hand when your subconscious
gets triggered, you are showing it a new way of how it can
handle the situation.
For example let's say normally you get a bit anxious when
change is coming. Your subconscious mind goes inward and
delivers to your conscious mind ways that you can handle
the situation. What you will be doing is showing your
subconscious mind a new choice---LOVE that it can also
choose by touching your anchor in times of anxiety, stress,
fear, etc......
So go forth and connect with the perfect object. Sit with
it and anchor in this new energy that you feel when you
meditate....and yes, you will want to meditate in whatever
way you know how (CD's are very helpful) to REALLY get into
the groove of DIVINE LOVE. Carry the object with you and
touch it every time you get triggered in any way.
