Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention that I

So, the third time is a charm---three letters from me
today.
I will leave you with a wonderful vision I saw yesterday: I
was on a mt bike ride and it was really windy out. A few
hawks were soaring overhead that caught my attention. I
stopped to take a look and noticed that they were not
expending any energy--instead they were being held up by
the current of the wind. I swore I heard one of them say to
me, "Just open your wings and let go..allow the natural
flow of the world guide you. When you need to fly, you will
fly. When you need to be still, you will be still. Today I
hover above you riding this beautiful wave of energy. When
it is time, it will guide me to my next adventure, but for
now I am choosing to stay fully present in this moment."
I felt a strong wind blow alongside of my cheek and off I
rode.
