The micro creates the macro and vice versa

Hello everyone-
Wow, what a lot of energy moving. We are seeing this play
out big time with the cyclone in Burma, earthquake in China
and storms "killing" thousands all over the world.
I wanted to talk a minute about all of this from a
different perspective. You see, all of us create our sacred
contract of what we want to learn and experience while we
are here on Earth. All of these individuals agreed before
their incarnation that they would be a part of these
massive changes in this particular fashion.
The storms came along to help all of these individuals
fulfill their missions and in turn help all of us fulfill
our missions.
All of our physical, mental and emotional bodies are being
impacted by these changes.This is the microcosm world being
a perfect match to the macrocosm world. The outer storms
are being felt by all of us in our microcosm worlds.
This means that all of us are having a MASSIVE shift moving
our energies from a low vibration into a higher vibration.
The key for you today is to recognize that your emotional
body is asking for you to allow it to move low vibrational
energy up and out so that the more natural higher
vibrational energy can replace it.
Today I invite you to allow your feelings to be felt fully.
Thousands of souls are now on the other side of the veil
assisting all of here to release our old, pent up energies.
We are all collectively going through these shifts, yet
individually feeling the shifts. What I mean is that
although we are all interconnected and feeling these
changes, each of us will have a different set of emotions
rise up to be set free based on what we individually buried
years ago.
The key to moving through these changes is for each of us
to rest inward into our centers. This means that we live
from the Essence of our Soul fully and allow the stories of
our mental and emotional bodies free. We allow. We allow.
We allow.
Allowing is the opposite of resisting these changes.
Anytime that your mental mind wants to keep you stuck in
the story, welcome it inward into your Soul. Reacquaint
your Trinity Body (mental, emotional and physical body)
with your Soul today. Allow your Trinity Body to dive
inward into your Soul and let your Soul guide the way.
These massive changes are going to keep manifesting because
they are the stirring up the emotional body of this
planet--macro, where in turn that it is the stirring up of
our individual emotional bodies--micro.
Today allow the fear to come up and state: "Fear, you are
welcome here. I am your Soul here to come forth and guide
the way now. Fear, you are just an energy wanting to move
from your low vibration to a higher vibration and I welcome
you here. Fear, thanks for just being. I realize that my
mental mind has labeled you as 'fear' but today I am taking
that label off and just calling you an energy. So, energy,
you are free to flow now. I set you free."
So, yes, feel whatever is coming up for you today and know
that it is all here as perfect. Let go of your stories
around the feelings and just FEEL them. When you do this,
you let them rise up and out. Suffering comes from
identifying a story with the feelings and this just keeps
them pent up.
These changes are benefiting all of us on this planet--it
is all meant to be. Let's take full advantage of these
amazing times by seeing the grace in all of these changes.
