Free Flow Your Feelings for Freedom

Hello sweet sisters and brothers of Light-
I am writing today to share with you all a few wonderful
things that you may find helpful today.
NUMBER ONE:
All emotions are OK. Yes--all emotions are just vibrations.
Some are high vibrations and some are low vibrations.
In the old paradigm we were taught to deny our emotions and
we did a good job at this. We did a good job at judging our
emotions and calling them good and bad.
So today I invite you to see that your emotions are now
flowing in the new paradigm and so they do not need to be
labeled as good or bad any longer. Instead you can see and
feel them just as energy flowing. Your emotions
(anger,fear, hatred, depression, love, bliss, etc.) these
are just emotions and ALL EMOTIONS ARE OK.
NUMBER TWO:
Allow your emotions to begin free flowing. Free flowing
feelings bring you freedom. Pent up feelings create
suffering.The way to do this is to let all of your emotions
come up and DO NOT FOLLOW THE STORY ---just let the
emotions come up and notice how they feel.
All that you really are looking to feel is relief from the
low vibrations and easily flow into a higher vibration. So
when your emotions arise, let go of the story around them
and just let the feeling be felt---this creates freedom.
One way to flow into a new vibration is that while you let
your emotions come up and free flow---simultaneously call
forth your Divine Essence.
NUMBER THREE:
Call forth your Divine Self today. Set your intention to
fall deeply in love with your Divine Essence today.
So today just allow your feelings to free flow--invite them
inward.
"Feeling, thanks for showing up. Today I invite you to free
flow. My intention is for you to free flow into a higher
vibration. I call forth my Divine Essence today and allow
my Highest Essence to fill me with pure Divine Love. I let
go of any resistance that I may have around feeling all of
my emotions today."

emotions is there for the conscious mind to understand what
