Beautiful Soul, you are here now on this planet to fully awaken to Who You Really Are. It is my intention to simplify your journey by providing you with some easy, gentle, loving guidelines on how to dive in fully to the Truth of Who You Really Are.

Let me start by sharing with you the Big Picture.

 The Big Picture

Ø      Your natural Essence is pure Love that I will call your Soul

Ø      When you chose to incarnate onto Earth, you brought your Soul into your Trinity Body

Ø      Your Trinity Body is your mental, emotional and physical body all working together as One

Ø      The viewpoint that you see this world is through the eyes of your Trinity Body

Ø      When you incarnated, your Soul placed itself as a Diamond into the Center of your Trinity Body .When this happened, your Trinity Body took the lead and begun running your life

Ø      Now in the new world, your Trinity Body is being asked to reacquaint itself with your Soul

Ø      Once your Trinity Body reacquaints itself with your Soul, it is asked to dive inwards into your Soul and let your Soul step forward and take the lead

This is the new world and in this new energy, it is essential that your Soul take the lead and guide your Trinity Body, instead of the other way around.

Three Step Process for Sustainable Change

1)      Reacquaint your Trinity Body with your Soul

2)      Dive your Trinity Body back inwards into your Soul

3)      Allow your Soul to guide your Trinity Body

The time is now for you to create sustainable change in your life and live fully as Who You Really Are.

Receiving a Divine Opening

To receive a Divine Opening is to call forth Divine Grace. When you do this, Divine Grace will flow through your Trinity Body and remove, dissolve and transmute away all low vibrations and help them to naturally rise up to their highest attainable vibrations, which I will call the vibration of your Soul.

Divine Grace knows where to go and how to do all of the work to accomplish what serves your Highest Good. By utilizing the information I have shared with you, you will be able to understand what is going on as the Divine Opening does its work. My intention with this mini book is not to convince you that there is work that you need to do, instead it is quite the opposite. I want to educate you on what to expect from a Divine Opening. I want you to have the conscious awareness around the fact that when your emotions began to rise up after years of being dormant, it is all OK. Even better, it is meant for you to feel them, even invite them up, so that they can free flow out of a low vibration and onward and upwards to a higher vibration.

Next I am going to share with you what the Divine Opening Series (3 Sessions) will look like:

o       Session One you will read this handout so that you have a better understanding about what to expect in a Divine Opening series. In our first session, we will talk for 30 minutes about energy, emotions and what to expect from your Divine Opening experience. Next I give you the Divine Opening. (The Divine Opening lasts 5 minutes and then you will lay down after we get off the phone for about 10 minutes.) The whole process will take about 45 minutes of your time.

o       Next, we set up the 2^nd Divine Opening for one to two weeks later. In between the sessions, you are encouraged to email me what is going on for you. Divine Openings will be removing a lot of old, pent up emotions and at times you may just want to reach out to get confirmation that what you are going through, is all ok. In the actual second session, we will talk in more detail about what you experienced during week one and two between sessions. Then I will give you your 2^nd Divine Opening.

o       The 3^rd session is not scheduled at that time. Instead, you will contact me via email in between to let me know what is going on for you and when you feel led, you will let me know when you are ready for the 3^rd session.

When you are ready for your 3^rd session, you will email me and we will set up the day and time. In the third session, we will treat it just like the 1^st and 2^nd where we discussed what was going on for you over the past few weeks. The 3^rd session is then completed with you receiving your 3^rd Divine Opening.

Receiving a Divine Opening is a very profound experience. Here is a recap of what you will want to do before or right after your first session:

1. Before session 1, ask your Soul to come forward. Let it know that you would like for it to connect in with your Trinity Body.
2. Next, let your Trinity Body know that you are now going to ask your Soul to step forward and guide the way for you now.
   1. Example: “Trinity Body, I am now asking my Soul to step forward and guide our life. Soul, please carry my Trinity Body in your arms as you live it inward. I am ready to live from my Highest Essence.”
3. Now that you have asked your Soul to step forward and let your Trinity Body know what is going on, you will want to just let go and receive your first Divine Opening.
4. After your 1^st Divine Opening, you will start to notice your emotions rising up. Remember that any emotion that rises up had to be buried within you at some point and just wants to be freed up from its stagnant state.
5. When your Soul is in the lead, the natural tendency will be for all energy to move from a low vibration to a high vibration. Your Soul resonates at a High vibration, so all low vibrational emotions will naturally want to rise from a low frequency to a high frequency.
6. When you allow your emotions to rise up naturally, without any resistance or attaching a story to it, they will rise up with grace and ease from a low vibration to match your Soul’s vibration.
   1. Example: Rage, anger, sadness, guilt and other low vibrations moving up to a higher vibration like love, joy, peace, bliss.
